SPC Private RallyPoint Member 49139 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm selling a Glock to a private party and I had some legal questions. I've never used a bill of sale before in a transaction regarding a firearm, always a PPP. He has a valid CCW and said he would sign a bill of sale. My question is do I have to involve a sales tax for this transaction? How would that work? How to sell a firearm to a private party? 2014-02-01T22:51:03-05:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 49139 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm selling a Glock to a private party and I had some legal questions.
