I am currently re-enlisting back into the Army, I was wondering if I’ll be a MOS-t. When will I know my assignment, before AIT or during?

You will be considered a MOS-T since you’re prior service Army. You won’t get your assignment until sometime after your AIT has started. Good luck to you...

SPC (Join to see) So you are an 88N correct? Did you originally go to AIT for this MOS? If so you are already MOS-T. If you are not MOS-T and are going to AIT like PFC Keeran Ravi said you receive your orders towards the end of your school.

I am already a 88H but my current MOS is open so i have to go back to AIT for a new one.

You’ll get your assignment at the same time as the other students in your class.
