I have heard a ton of rumors about this but it doesn't look like it's as bad as anyone thought. Apple is a brand I love.

CW5 (Join to see) I agree. I think Apple's Company is one of the most innovative in the industry. I'm sure they are trying to discredit it for an underlying purpose.

MSG Wade Huffman I also always used windows computers and had an android phone but I bought an Ipad when they just came out with the retina display and soon after I switched and bought an Iphone, Mac computer, and bought my kids each an Ipad mini when those came out. Apple has been amazing for keeping everything together for me since my TBI. It also is great for my kids. They use theirs for education and educational games.

SPC David Shaffer , I know a lot of folks that swear by Apple products. I'm just a bit too set in my ways to make the switch at this point! LOL!
I do believe that their products are very good, and of very high quality, and given the amount of abuse that most folks put their phones through on a daily basis, I would have to say that if the new i Phone 6 and 6 Plus were all that easy to bend, it would be MUCH more prevalent.

I have always had Microsoft Dos and Window computers and Blackberry phone once I upgraded to smart phone 6 years ago. Wife has used Android Phones. She and I both Android Tablets and she had Kindle Fire (she speed reader), largely because it the system she is use to using due to her phone. Kids have Apple iPhone 4 for my daughter, and iPod Touch for my son since about 2010 when they each got the Touch for Christmas, best Christmas present they both got. This year they will be getting iPad mini, much for the same reason we have Androids, they know the basics get around of the iPhone. It is one thing I have learn with my wife, if I can reduce the learning curve for my daughter and stress for son, the better off I am.

Apple build solid systems, and I think the iPhone 6 ease to bend was built into the the system to in order not to break right away. Then again I know several people who break their iPhone every year or so regularly. So time will only tell if this a bad thing or good thing. Their products are very reliable for the most part. Like every manufacture you will always find that rare item that will have all the faulty part built into it.

Would I ever have iPhone, I don't know. Apple much like Google can be very liberal with your information they collect. As well if you create any apps for the iPod or iPad, they can claim it for themselves, and leave you with nothing to show for. It is in the contract open ended contract when you buy equipment, and software/hardware needed for development too.

Lot of people are loyal to the Apple iPhone and iPad. Just like people are loyal to Mac brand and iPod brand before them. I am not one to buy a phone so it can be camera, music player, surf the web, store documents, and this and that. I buy my phone to be first a phone, productive apps, web surfing, and storage document all take close 2nd... Playing music and taking picture to me are the last things I worry about when I am picking out phone. I rather carry my iPod to listen to my music, lot more selection of songs. Yet, I get why so many people love these phones and the Androids phone. Just wish they would get smaller again, instead of continue getting bigger.
