It's very understandable, but you're jumping the gun. <br /><br />Rarely have I seen promotion orders generated prior to the effective date. Usually they are generated the day of, or more commonly, a day or two after your effective date.<br /><br />Additionally, HRC won't email you orders. HRC will generate them and send them through your HR channels. Come 1 May, your rank will more than likely update to read CPT in the systems to include your pay. Just check your iPERMS for orders to hit and/or talent management profile in IPPS-A.
