If you don’t think you can keep yourself to the standard do not sign. <br /><br />I lost over 100 lbs to make tape and get in. Anything is possible if you want it bad enough. It’s a lifestyle change. If you are watching what you eat, running everyday, and doing some weight training you can drop weight quickly. How much do you have to lose?<br /><br />I would suggest also get a neck harness and start doing some neck lifts and also shrugs to make your neck and traps bigger.
