Ironically true or completely out of touch?

The current trend of posting a photo meme as a response or comment on many social network sites is often hilarious, and at times inflammatory bordering on repugnant. I am curious to see what everyone's thoughts on this meme is.

Well, SGM Mike Bachini, that meme is funny but I'll go with OUT OF TOUCH. The CSMs I've met weren't villains. They were actually pretty bad-ass without being nazis. We make fun of Sergeants Major for upholding standards, but really there's a lesson there: If Soldiers take shortcuts on the small rules, what other shortcuts are they taking?

I'll probably modify it a little and make it into a t-shirt design and wear it to every mandatory fun day or other events.
