Is 70 personnel enough help from the US to help those in Nepal?

I can't believe that we are only sending 70 personnel so far. Do you think that's enough, or should we send more?

I am laughing so hard that I can't type straight, but this is a terrific idea! Perhaps one with political and economic experience!

This is embarrassing me. 70? Really? I'm pretty sure you have units in Europe and Southeast Asia (Korea & Japan) from all four branches that can help. Guess we need to wait for someone like ABC, CBS or NBC or better yet, a Presidential candidate (hint hint) to call the President and Congress out.

Depends on what those 70 bring. If they fly in and set up a large field hospital and it is going to be staffed by medics from some other country, that's a pretty big deal. What would they call that? Force multiplier?
And I don't think that anybody said that is ALL that we would be sending.
