Har</a> I think it may be an obstacle course but not a widely known one. Like, in BCT we had a "Victory Tower" in Fort Jackson, I'm pretty sure there are more towers like that but with a different name. As for if it is legit, I'm pretty sure that doing 10 burpees and jumping into a pool of ice for more than 5 times in a row is not a good practice so, that female that left the show might not been acting.
