Is ISIS using the Refugees fleeing to cover up their deployment into other countries?

Refugee or covert advanced team insertions? This could be the whole plan of the mass refugee issues now spreading though Europe. The terrorist version on Deployment to set beach heads to prep for follow on fighters.

I would be naive to think that ISIS would not try to mix and insert their people in the masses of the refuges.

It makes sense and a great opportunity to spread the lone wolf actors across the globe, while having the victim countries pay for the terrorist....its a win - win situation for ISIS.

Of course ISIS and others are sending troops in with the so-called "refugees". According to many reports over 75% of these "refugees" are military age males, not old folks and kids. They are invading Europe, not fleeing for their lives.

I'm confident that ISIS is planting them in amongst the refugees. It is a sound strategy which ISIS will be sure to exploit.
