I know you have to have 3 years 6 months TIS left in order to be a recruiter. Just want to know if it's possible for me to extend to meat that 3 years 6 months TIS mark. Also a caveat question, is it possible to end your career as a recruiter? I have heard various responses saying I need to go back to the RA for 2 years after I have done my recruiting duty.Is it possible to extend your contract to meet the 3 years TIS requirement to become a recruiter?2018-05-06T22:58:00-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member3606138<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'll be sitting at 3 years left when I want to put a recruiter packet in.
