I know you have to have 3 years 6 months TIS left in order to be a recruiter. Just want to know if it&#39;s possible for me to extend to meat that 3 years 6 months TIS mark. Also a caveat question, is it possible to end your career as a recruiter? I have heard various responses saying I need to go back to the RA for 2 years after I have done my recruiting duty. Is it possible to extend your contract to meet the 3 years TIS requirement to become a recruiter? 2018-05-06T22:58:00-04:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 3606138 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I&#39;ll be sitting at 3 years left when I want to put a recruiter packet in.
