Is RCMS down? Is it still accessible from home recently?

Is RCMS down? Was told to get an ARB from https://selfservice.rcms.usar.army.mil/ Is it even accessible from home? Never gone on it before. Thanks.

It is no longer accessible from civilian networks. You have to be on an army network.

The ARNet was out the last 24 hours and there were issues with access since last Friday. However, it is difficult to access without a military network.
Your unit administrator or S1 should be able to pull it for you.
If they cannot help, please send me a message and I will pull it for you.
