I've personally tried the other side of the fence twice. Once, I was terribly wrong. The variables in this cliche are as many as there are potential scenarios. But, my luck stands at fifty-percent. There is safety in familiarity.

PWO at Christchurch NZ and Contracting Officer at NRCC Singapore. Liked both places so much, I wanted a 2-3 year job there.

My original plan many moons ago was to join the AF to fly planes. Still would love to fly but I am thinking just recreationally at this point.

When I went to the recruiter I wanted Security Forces because I was and still am planning on working in LE after the Air Force. Ended up in weather which was probably for the best though, much as I am still bitter about it.
