Specifically, chapter 3 which deals with enlistments for those with prior service.<br /><br />The only age restriction with the RC is that you must be able to qualify for retired pay by age 62. Assuming those are all 8 good years, you should have no problem.<br /><br />Were you discharged for medical reasons previously? If so, then you'll need a waiver to reenlist (assuming the condition that you were discharged for before isn't a factor anymore).<br /><br />If not, your 30% disability shouldn't be a factor as long as you meet the physical requirements - but since you separated in 2007, you'll have to do a full physical again.
