I kept putting the MCC on Fitness Reports for Rapid Deployment Force (RDF) as a Sgt for years, not knowing the geographics of manning at the time. It was a new deal that led to CentCom. Lot's of wasted picks. It evened out later, with around 5-6 of last 9 years deployed.
