Is there any 91D Generator Mechanic at Ft Belvoir?

I'm looking for someone it's at Belvoir. How is being stationed there? How are the units as mechanics?

You ain’t getting a 91D slot at belvoir. It’s primarily an intelligence base and slots outside of the 25 and 35 series are rare

If you want to know if a place has authorizations, you can dig into FMSweb and find out. But Belvoir doesn't really have any vehicles so seriously doubt there are any 91D2/3 positions available.

As a 91D, you either need to be looking at BCT's, divisions, and depots - or reclassing. If you're a promotable E5, you absolutely are not going to find any unicorn positions since you will be slotted as an E6, and there are very, very few 91D3 positions within a division.
