Soldiers will present a professional image at all times and will continue to set the example in military presence, both on and off duty."<br />I'd venture to say more than a few commanders will view eye-brow "art" as not in keeping with a military professional appearance. <br /><br />As for why no specific verbiage addressing eyebrows???? It's same reason 10 years ago AR 670-1 did not address how to wear a turban, or that Permanent makeup AKA eyebrow or eyeliner tattoos are allowed and under what conditions or dozens of other specific issues over the years...There was no need at the time. I dint recall the exact reg but its aling the same lines as sunburns. <br />Also jokes aside: Soldiers are required to present a neat and professional appearance. Slits in the eyebrows is not professional.
