It ain"t gonna happen!!! Until POTUS unties the hands of the military, ISIS will continue to grow and the terror acts will continue. As MAJ Robert (Bob) Petrarcasays, we need to commit "mass casualties" in their back yard. It's just going to take more than bombing one truck at a time.
