I'll tell you the same thing I was told when I picked up Sergeant.

"There are no more stripes. Rockers yes, but no more stripes. From this point on, you'll always be a Sergeant. It might a Staff Sergeant or a Master Sergeant or a X Sergeant, but a Sergeant none the less.[sic]"

Congrats. I had the honor today to pin on SSG on 2 of my Team Leaders and SGT on one of my SPC's today. It really is a good feeling, knowing that you had somewhat of an impact on your Soldiers that they can get promoted.
