JST Credit Error for ALC Common Core

I took ALC Common Core in 2009 and it does not show on my Joint Service Transcript. I have done my homework and the reason is that the course number in ATRRS does not match the course number evaluated by ACE. Is there a fix for this? I have been told that the USASMA ALC Staff has to make the fix in ATRRS. How do I accomplish this. Is it as simple as a phone call?

Sometimes, and sometimes you have to send them printouts/screenshots of what the system is showing you, because many times the staff will state they are too busy to pull it up at the time to correct the issue. If you send them the paperwork via US mail with a certified return receipt, you will have proof it was delivered and signed for, then you can follow up within a reasonable time frame requesting resolution or request further assistance or guidance on what or where to go next.
