Which one would benefit me the most in general as a leader/manager in the business world. <br />1. Adult Education and Training<br />2. Human Resources<br />3. Management<br />4. Throw out the idea of a minor. <br /><br />Any help would be appreciated. Looking to add a minor to my degree plan. Something with a tech twist would also be beneficial. See if the offer anything like business systems, office automation or possibly something that gets you certified in PMP. Well done. If given the opportunity I'd advise a minor in organizational leadership. I say that based on my experience in the public and private sectors as the key missing ingredient. However, given your choices I'd recommend the closest thing which I view as Human Development (assuming it looks a lot like leadership topics). <br /><br />Best of luck on your studies. From there, I went to law school. Looking back, I would have stuck with business management with a minor in english. It is shocking in today's business world how few people can properly speak and write the english language. Regardless of how technology has advanced, humans still have to interact with oral and written communications. That is just my opinion for what it is worth.
