My Judge violated SCRA, can I get help? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/my-judge-violated-scra-can-i-get-help

Greetings.
I am in emergency need of a lawyer who specializes in SCRA violations by the county Courts.
Can you all please help me find this lawyer?

When I was on Active duty, the judge was notified I was mobilized, but completely ignored my notification and military orders. So they had court there without me, as I was serving my country. And of course, the judge ruled against me.
This caused me lots of financial and personal destruction.
This is exactly why SCRA was ordered as a federal law! Our military service members should not have to think that their lives back home will be adversely affected & destroyed while they are serving their country.
Because of the aftermath of the SCRA violations, my situation was actually posted on national TV, it was that bad!
I would need a lawyer that specializes in SCRA that would be pro-bono, because the repercussions of this SCRA violations completely crippled me financially. It left me homeless for many years afterwards... All because some lowly cutthroat county judge ignored federal law, to injure a Soldier serving our country!

Thank you all for your assistance & I hope to get this problem resolved & give you all success updates.
Thanks,
SFC Jake Middaugh (ret) Tue, 21 Jun 2022 11:38:08 -0400 My Judge violated SCRA, can I get help? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/my-judge-violated-scra-can-i-get-help

Greetings.
I am in emergency need of a lawyer who specializes in SCRA violations by the county Courts.
Can you all please help me find this lawyer?

When I was on Active duty, the judge was notified I was mobilized, but completely ignored my notification and military orders. As military lawyers, they would have access to your deployment record and could point you in the right direction. I had an ex that tried to have me brought to court for a divorce while I was deployed. the SJA took care of it and when I got back to the states, the judge took into account her attempt to bring the case to court while I was unable to attend the proceedings and found in my favor.
While you may have gone to JAG before, I would say go to JAG again and be the guy that does not stop rattling the window until you get a JAG lawyer that will help you. You may not have any recourse. If you are suing the military, you should be able to find a lawyer who will take the case on a contingency bases and would collect a percentage of the settlement. Try that route. SMSgt Bob Wilson Fri, 01 Jul 2022 23:51:09 -0400 2022-07-01T23:51:09-04:00 2022-06-21T11:38:08-04:00
