I know there have been many changes to the Professional Military Education (PME) in recent years, but theoretically they make sense.<br /><br />SSD1 is suppose to get you ready for WLC, SSD2 gets you ready for ALC and so forth. Not to discredit any Master Sergeants in the Army, but I feel especially on the Reserve side it is good to have a class even if it's a refresher class to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Senior Leaders in the Army. The army is constantly changing and sending out Senior Leaders to a class to me is a good idea.<br /><br />What do you think? <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default">
