New NCOER Bullet about social media? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/new-ncoer-bullet-about-social-media <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I heard today at work that on the new NCOER there was going to be a bullet concerning social media. In plain English we were going to be rated as to whether or not we correct Soldiers on social media sites. And this stemmed from 1SG getting an ARCOM for calling out those Soldiers posting a video on line. Can someone clear this up? I don't know if the bullet is true, but the fact that we include SHARP and the 365 evaluation thingy on OERs, it wouldn't surprise me. What if a NCO only went to online RV forums? Would that be an acceptable place to make corrections at? I see zero truth in the rumor of someone saying that a CSM told him. Would a screen shot have to be presented? Would the Rater have to be present?
