SFC Private RallyPoint Member 6562351 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My flight packet was submitted a few weeks ago and I already have the corrections sent back to the WO recruiting company. The email I got back said that my packet is now &quot;at proponent pending qualification.&quot; What exactly does this mean? I have two waivers - the AFS because I have 15 years AFS, as well as an age wavier because I am over 32 (I&#39;m 33). Does proponent process these waivers and then get back to me to let me know if they are approved or denied? I have been trying to find other threads that discuss this, so if anyone has the answer or can point me in that direction it would be appreciated. Now that my Warrant Officer Packet is at Proponent, what should I expect from here on out? 2020-12-08T11:00:09-05:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 6562351 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My flight packet was submitted a few weeks ago and I already have the corrections sent back to the WO recruiting company. Your proponent looks over the waiver and recommends to HRC approve or disapprove based on if they will accept you with the conditions that require waiver. Proponent lets HRC know and the Approval authority decides from the Proponent&#39;s decision. Then the packet either goes to the Board (approved) or doesn&#39;t (disapproved).<br />Flight being as it is these days - short-handed but picky about age, did you submit for any other MOS&#39; as well? One Proponent may say no while another says yes and then you&#39;ll still move on to the approved MOS. I had an AFS waiver for 11 yrs TIS. You&#39;ll be on a 10yr ADSO now if picked up, which tells you a lot about how far the Army is willing to go to up its numbers. You should receive an email about 2 or 3 days prior to the board opening saying you are board ready, if not, email proponent and ask. Good Luck! I just started common core last week so feel free to hit me up if you have any questions Response by WO1 Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 8 at 2020 9:16 PM 2020-12-08T21:16:54-05:00 2020-12-08T21:16:54-05:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 6586691 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I had a waiver as well. They are processing your packet now with approving or denying your waiver if it has not already been approved or denied. I received a notification that my waiver was approved about 2 weeks after I submitted.
