Opinions on discipline in the lower enlisted when they first arrive to thier duty station.

Some leaders may agree that most young Soldiers lack discipline and can not conduct themselves well enough to be in the Army and some may say its the lack of knowledge on how to conduct themselves. What are your opinions on the topic of discipline in todays Soldiers?

How do we fix declining discipline?

In the past few years we've all seen articles in the news about our service members committing acts that are against good order and discipline.

How did we get to this point?

What can we as leaders do to fix it??
