Can a Soldier have a Medical Permanent Profile in their records BUT their PULHES show all 1's? Permanent Profiles? 2014-11-06T23:20:09-05:00 1SG Private RallyPoint Member 314857 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I asked this question in another Military discussion group but wanted to get more views on it. I always thought it would throw a 2 or 3 in there somewhere for their issue. If not, I think a clerk dropped the ball. If you have a permanent profile, something is not 100% with you. All 1s on your PULHES means you are 100%. No way to have a permanent profile and still be all 1s.
