So, while we set mandates on reducing toxic emissions will the Chinese even follow through?<br /><br />The fact that the new Congress will be immediately at loggerheads with Conservatives, the fact remains that many Americans remain dubious over all of this.<br /><br />As with HCR, Russia, Ebola, Immigration and so on, we seem to get the voices of America being overridden by the Supreme Court and the Executive Branch.
