<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><p>GSA is as broke as it can get in the current environment, most of the supply offices or tech I dealt with just before retiring just a few years ago would do more local purchases than anything else, and when they didn't many utilized the one stop shop on post for their bulk purchases as well.</p><p><br></p><p>I think that is going to be curbed quite a bit with this sequestrian and cut backs taking place and the new round coming next month as well.</p>
