What can the Army do to ensure that the<br />right people are getting selected? Also, why is it that it is so hard to<br />standardize an "excellence" bullet. I see some CSM's and 1SG's have different<br />views on what should be an excellence and what should be a success. </p><p><br /><br /><br></p><p>After reading the board AAR comments, it stated that some of the bullets<br />should not have been what they were. So who is supposed to be able to make a<br />final decision before your NCO-ER is submitted into your OMPF?? </p><p><br></p><p>One last thing, I noticed that mostly everyone who had a degree was selected.
