QMP Notification Memos release (April 2015)

To my fellow NCOs awaiting their fate under the QMP, I emailed HRC this morning for an update, and was informed that they released the results of the board to the MACOMs this morning at 0755,for their further distribution. Does anyone have a idea on when we should expect word, now that the results are at MACOM level? Thanks for the help,and best of luck to all affected.

yes...HRC sent it out to MACOMs however left DA out of the loop. So DA put a hold on the release until they could properly review the results. Should be pushed down either today (Wednesday) or tomorrow.

I heard the same thing from a reliable source. The MACOM G-1's have the results and should be informing their leadership shortly.

I doubt this will be released to the units this week.....I wish each of you the best and hope those impacted have made the tough choices to this point and have their families (and finances) prepared.

My commander told me today that their is a deadline of 8 May,for all of the notifications to be delivered. I understand these things take time,but it seems ridiculous to me,that commands are being given 3 weeks to leisurely notify NCOs.

I was notified yesterday by my BC that I survived the QMP board... I have never experienced stress like that before... My thoughts and prayers go out to the others that still are still waiting.

Just got my results today from QMP. Division was sitting on it because theu didnt know what brigade/battalion I was in.. Epic Fail I say. I had to hunt it down to get it pushed threw. The Army said that my time isn't done yet and decided to keep me. I am not sure how or what they looked at to make decisions.. Maybe overstrength MOS's or have to let go certain number of NCOS or etc... I know 2 people that failed NCOES and the Army kept. 1 that had E.O had to role out. I had one company grade article 15 in my record , no bad ncoers and record up to date. I did submit A few recommendation letters. Im sorry for everyone that received bad news. This QMP experience has been very humbling and I realized everyday in this Army aint guaranteed.

Well, the green weenie finally caught up with me! I got my notification yesterday. After 14 years of service, and spending 34 months in Iraq as an Infantryman, Uncle Sam as determined that a GOMOR that I recieved based off of factless accusations against me(which an admin separation baord just adjudicated me of in October), somehow overshadows everything else that I have done throughout my career. November cannot come soon enough! To all my fellow affected NCOs, I am here for you, and we will work through this process together!

To all my fellow NCOs who are being affected by the QMP, here is the 2015 separation pay table. From what I have been told by Separations, if you elected for involuntary separation, you are eliglible for half separation pay. FYI
