We have awesome members on RallyPoint and I am honored to be part of our family. Touching on the point that we can share our thoughts and feelings when we aren't physically capable of being together really hit a home run in my opinion. For some of us, geography, isolation issues, medical complications, busy schedules, and other socioeconomic factors limit us to our keyboards. I had some bad years after I was medically retired. 18.5 years in the Army and then the carpet gets yanked out from under your feet. In the hospital, after my last surgery the active duty folks would ever do on me, I begged for someone I could share my fears and uncertainty with. There was no one I could identify with. Had I found RallyPoint, and their vast network of people who had similiar experiences, the civilian transition experience would have been completely different for me. Never give up hope. You are never alone. Respectfully, Uncle Mark.
