RallyPoint signs an MOU with the Department of Veterans Affairs

RallyPoint is proud to announce we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to improve veteran outcomes and experiences. RallyPoint and the VA will collaborate to improve access to and navigation of services in local communities for Veterans worldwide. This technology-driven partnership will help community-based programs and support transitioning Servicemembers, Veterans, families, caregivers, and survivors.
As a way to show how this partnership is a natural fit to help both organizations better serve the military community, we’ve overlaid the discussions that RallyPoint members have created on the site over the VA Veterans Journey Map. You can see this visual in the diagram above.

TBH, there's still going to be a lot of skepticism because of what the VA has been in the past. I guess the main question would be, how will you quantify success? The VA has continually been a disappointment in its ability to do its job in a quick and efficient manner, if they can do their job at all. Maybe it's just the cynic in me, but we've been told by the government so many times about improvements coming to the VA, and each time, they largely disappoint.

The VA has always taken good care of me. I have both the VA and medical insurance from my State employment. The VA has been better in my case.

The Oklahoma City VA is definitely customer service oriented. I have had so much better care than I received from the civilian sector. I don't know why I waited 20 years to use this benefit.

As You Know, And As I've Previously Stated: My Primary (Now Retired) Refused My Request For A Physical Exam Repeatedly Because HE Couldn;'' Find Anything Wrong With Me.. Results: Emergency Surgery For A Deadly Liver Infection, And Hospitalized For A Couple Days Short ONE MONTH. ~~
ANOTHER Time Was Told I Was In The Beginning Stages Of Being Bi-Polar ~ I Argued With Them, But They Insisted They Were Right ~ And Put Me On Medication ~~ I Kept Getting Worse & Worse, In & Out Of The ER ~ Hospitalized ~~ And THIS Went On For About 10 DAMNED YEARS ~ I Was A Total Basket Case ~ Seldon Saw The Same Doctor. But FINALLY, And I'll NEVBER Forget His Name ~ Dr. Grey Spent LESS Than 10 Minutes Listening To What I HAD To Say ~ Replied "I Don't Think You're Bi-Polar" ~~ And Took Me Off ALL Related Medication ~~ "SUMBITCH, I'm CURED" ~~ All Those Yeas Of INSANITY ~~ CAUSED BY My Former Primary At The VA Which Could And Should Have NEVER Happened ~
~ But My Brother MIKE Lived In Centerville, OHIO ~ Used DAYTON VA ~~ EXCELLENT CARE Over The Years: Surgeries, Other Medical ~~ No Complaints ~ In Fact He BRAGGED About How GREAT They Are...
