Reclassify in the army?

So I’m currently and E3 (demoted) but over time I got my flag removed and I am not BAR I’m close on to getting out (This DEC) and I was wondering do you have to be an E4 to reclassify mos or not?

All depends on the In/Out Call for MOS's and what MOS you want to reclass into....but generally no you don't have to be a SPC to reclass.

No you don't, but your RCP as an E3 is 5 years, so if you have more than 2 years TIS you will not be able to reclass. In your case, the best option is to extend 12 months, once you are promoted you will be back in your reenlistment window and eligible to reclass. You don't need to be in your reenlistment window to reclass, but in your situation that is how it works out.
