<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>1SG,<br /><br />I used a Demo test, and scenario based questions then hit them with a surprise check on their counseling packets of their troops. I think as an Engineer it is mandatory SGTs and SSGs can perform both their duties and the level above theirs with minimum oversight. I hope that helps.<br /><br />V/R<br /><br />MSG Haro
