Since I'm not in anymore, I'm not sure how you could get ahold of it, maybe on the Portal. You would also want to check "PGMs" (procedural guidance messages) from AFRS to make sure there is nothing added to the AFI specific to these issues. I do distinctly remember something about "self mutilation" in AFI 36-2001 however.
