This is done with federal and state jobs, when they give you paid military leave. Legal double dipping.

I think this is very supportive for Guard and Reserve Soldiers and also deserved as a double server to the country. I would recommend every Soldier in this arena look into this incentive for their benefit, I would like to see this utilized in another manner of helping our veterans as well. Good luck on your quest.
