Reservist Differential Pay

Reservist Differentials are payable for elegibles Federal Civilian Employees who are members of Reserve or National Guard called or ordered to active duty under certain specified provisions of law (https:\\http://www.opm.gov/reservist/)

I want to know experiences, advice, tips & recommendations based on this topic. Any kind of info will be appreciate it. Thanks.

I think this is very supportive for Guard and Reserve Soldiers and also deserved as a double server to the country. I would recommend every Soldier in this arena look into this incentive for their benefit, I would like to see this utilized in another manner of helping our veterans as well. This is done with federal and state jobs, when they give you paid military leave. Legal double dipping.

It will be stipulated when you get the job.
