I had a GS grab me in a very inappropriate way once and as soon as I reported it, an 0-3 took immediate action. I am not exactly sure what happened to him other than shortly after the investigation he no longer worked in that building. <br /><br />I actually did not even know that this issue is as big as it is, so thank you for the awareness! Personally, I don&#39;t think ANY civilian (other than the President, Secretary of Defense or Secretary of the Army) should have ANY authority over ANY Soldier.
