It's just amazing that she has not. With various laws on the books, why she hasn't is incredible.

Yes. Once you decide to cross the line, you must be ready to deal with the consequences. Otherwise, they should not be in that position.

I couldn't get the article to come up, but she should be in jail.

The only reason she is not is that she was coordinating with the Justice Department when she was persecuting conservatives, and the Justice Department doesn't dare prosecute her for fear of what would come out in the trial.

I am inclined to agree with everybody who has posted already. Then my MP side comes out and asks do we have any evidence to convict her. I've already convicted her in the court of public opinion the same as everybody else, but I haven't seen nor heard any solid evidence of the crime she would do time for. Again don't get me wrong I think she is as guilty as the day is long and I do hope they find something to convict her with but apparently she knows how to cover her tracks and grease the correct palm.

SSgt Alex Robinson - If we had a Department of Justice that was doing what it is supposed to do instead of providing cover for the Obama Administration and the Democrat Party, she would have already been indicted.
