From what I read even the current vetting process used for legitimate refugees takes 12-18 months. If that is so and the process began back in January, how could 10,000 possibly be screened and vetted by the end of 2016? No one knows. I also read that the same or similar process was used on the San Bernardino shooter's wife. After all she was the wife of an American citizen, so that made her ok. When these tag-along terrorists start popping up at sometime in the future who is going to fall on their sword and take responsibility for it? No one.
