That's six different pay grades. I look down the list in the section marked "Network influence", and notice some points are lacking. The specific section I am referring to is the one titled, "Contacts in 5 Different Paygrades". It shows zero of 200 points. The info tab next to the point count says, "Connections with members in 5 different pay grades".
