After reading this I have starting writing letters to all my elected representatives at the federal level. We as a people can not let the Obama DOJ sweep this case under the rug.

"Justice delayed is justice denied" is a legal maxim meaning that if legal redress is available for a party that has suffered some injury, but is not forthcoming in a timely fashion, it is effectively the same as having no redress at all.

Missing option E: Not nearly enough evidence of criminality found to secure a conviction and declines to indict. This is the playbook the Clintons have been working from for decades and other than when Bill was dumb enough to commit perjury (where they almost got busted) it's worked quite well.

No "fix" is needed, the Clintons are just smart enough to not leave behind proof of their crimes. Vince Foster is a warning to anybody who might roll over on them.

He should examine all the evidence available and if there is sufficient evidence to prosecute he should push for an indictment. If he is convinced that there is not sufficient evidence to prosecute, he should publicly state that finding. The only thing he should not do is keep his mouth shut on the issue.
