People are going to complain about their work on social media it&#39;s natural whether Civilian of Military. People will and may disagree with policies. Also if in a discussion and neither of you can agree pulling rank isn&#39;t appropriate either. I too have been guilty of getting my nose out of joint due to misconstruing of tone which really can&#39;t be done in an email or such.

Facebook is notorious for entrapping. Lately I have been trying to keep my opinions in check. Thank God there was no internet when I served. I was, and to an extent am highly opinionated, but because of the career path I have chosen have decided it would behoove me to tone down what I say.<br /><br />I am not saying I cannot voice my opinion, I just have to be more tactful and respectful about how I do it. <br /><br />I love your last sentence and honestly, I believe when being tactful, they can convey them legally and still maintain their loyalty.
