When will we actually have the technology to "beam up" or teleport electronically from one physical space to another, as they do in Star Trek?

Never! We will never be able to teleport, transport or "beam up" like in Star Trek.

Within the next 100 years.

Within the next 200 years.

We will fly to another galaxy before we are able to "beam up."

Who cares? I like just where I am!

You've obviously not seen the work area thirty seconds after the "whistle blows". Hourly folks have mastered instantaneous movement from floor to car already...
