GEN McChrystal is an interesting figure - I found far useful information for my thesis more than I expected in his memoir.

What have I done for others lately? I am serving in Afghanistan, doing my best to make the sacrifices our nation (and others) have made here actually be worthwhile. This involves helping others get the resources they need to execute their missions.

For my community? Which one? I've not done much for my neighborhood back home in the last several months. For the Chiefs' community, I have helped five of our newest Chiefs make the transition from being First Class Petty Officers to being Chiefs.
