Now that both houses are Democratic, the committees have changed hands and it might pass. There are a few things I am concerned about but overall, I think it is overdue. That will likely present a legal challenge in the courts that will take years to get solved. My guess is that in the end, those states that rescinded their ratification will be able to maintain that, thus moving that number back down to 32 (well, 33 if Virginia approves).
