The Public-Private Partnership Office (P3O) program is a unique initiative by the US Army Reserve (USAR) to create mutually beneficial relationships between the private sector and the military. This program was established to leverage the expertise and resources of the private sector to improve readiness and capabilities of the USAR, while at the same time providing valuable training, education, and employment opportunities to our Dual Career Citizens. Additionally, this program helps connect soldiers with private sector employers who value their military skills and experience. This can help USAR Soldiers and eligible family members find meaningful civilian careers that are a good fit for their skills and interests.

The P3 program provides a platform for corporate America to partner with the USAR and to engage in various types of collaborative activities. These can include sharing best practices, offering training opportunities, and providing access to specialized equipment and facilities. The program also enables USAR soldiers to gain valuable civilian work experience and training, as well as networking opportunities that can lead to career advancement.

Thanks for the post. I clicked through the link you provided and was surprised to see Fort Devens, nearby where I work, has the most USAR units in MA. I thought they shut down most of their military presence on Devens years ago and converted it to mostly civilian orgs. This is good info and it was easy to find our Army Reserve employment specialist contact info as well.

As a soldier, I've always known that stories have the power to capture people's attention and inspire them. That's why I often share my experiences with my family, especially my son. And now, I'm proud to say that my storytelling has had a profound impact on his ability to write essays.
