Does anyone have some insights? Is there a family/work balance achievable in this unit? Thinking about trying to get into the 160th SOAR, does anyone have insight into deployment and training schedules? 2020-09-08T15:07:41-04:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 6291835 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Had a Ranger recruiter come to our company and he discussed their training tempo, deployment rotations, family/work balance but haven&#39;t been able to find much out about the 160th SOAR. You get a phone call at odark-30hrs- and saddle up/lockup and go. It can be very tough on families, thats why SOCOM divorce rate is higher than regular units.
