In your own words what is a Toxic Leader? Have you witnessed Toxic Leadership in a past or present unit? Is there any advice you would give to subordinate Soldiers who have or are currently experiencing a Narcissistic Leader; how should we as Leaders approach and/or report a Senior Leader that is either consciously or unconsciously a Toxic Leader? Toxic Leadership! We all know that it exists within our ranks in the military....branch is immaterial.
What do we as Soldiers/Airmen/Sailors/Marines/Guardsmen/Reservists and Leaders do to combat this growing trend (which isn't a good one, BTW)???
