Tribute songs to American Veterans... Which is your favorite?

Over the years there have been a lot of great songs celebrating the services and American Veterans. There have also been many great songs with strong anti-war sentiment.

What I'm looking for is a list of the all time great American tributes to American Veterans, whether it highlights victory or pain, survival or loss, it just needs to resonate with you on a primal level.

Keni Thomas, who was a ranger during Blackhawk Down, has a few songs that are in support of military.

CW2 Joseph Evans, Another spectacular tribute song, more accurately, a hymn. It was composed for the movie "We Were Soldiers", was sung at President Ronald Reagan's funeral and is now considered a standard at military funerals.

To the war that so many of our countrymen forgot our kind was still one of them I have found few tribute songs to but this one has been an exception. To all Vietnam veterans, my hat is off to you and I'll tell it every day!

Although not a tribute song, matched with this video from Blackhawk Down of the Mogadishu Mile it is very appropriately placed and rather forces one to reminisce and think on the situation seen, in my humble opinion.
